Bridge offers transitional housing and support services to homeless families that live and work in DuPage County. Founded in 1988 by community volunteers, it has grown to include more than 100 units of transitional housing. It serves extremely low-, low-, and moderate-income families who have become homeless due to reasons such as divorce, domestic violence, loss of employment and health issues.

Northern Illinois food bank delivers food and healthy eating services to the Northern Illinois community- servicing in 13 counties by providing 250,000 meals per day. NIFB works with manufacturers, local and corporate grocers, area farmers, corporations, foundations, and volunteers to evaluate, repack, and distribute food. They also partner with more than 900 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and youth and senior feeding programs to provide nutritious food and resources.

Founded in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood in 1985, LPCS has grown from a seasonal overnight shelter to a year-round, multi-site operation housing 120 individuals facing homelessness each night. They serve individuals ages 18 and up from all across Chicago who are at-risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. Lincoln Park Community Services brings communities together to empower individuals facing homelessness and poverty to secure stable housing and make sustainable life changes.
